Further to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") bulletin dated July 7, 2026, effective at the market open on Monday, July 13, 2026, shares of the Company will resume trading.
The Exchange has been advised that the Company completed its public offering of securities (the "Offering") on July 9, 2026. The gross proceeds received by the Company for the Offering were $13,738,447.

Regional Office Change
Pursuant to Policy 1.2, TSX Venture Exchange has been advised of, and accepted the change of the Filing and Regional Office from Vancouver, British Columbia to Toronto, Ontario.
