Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 2, 2026, the number of warrants is corrected as follows:
# of Warrants: 12,500,000
The number of warrants (12,500,000) and the corresponding exercise price ($1.50 per Common Share) referenced in this bulletin have been adjusted to reflect the Company's one-for-five (1-for-5) share consolidation, which became effective on June 6, 2024. As a result of the consolidation, each warrant is exercisable into 0.20 of a post-consolidation common share at an exercise price of $1.50 per common share.
Other information in the July 2, 2026 bulletin remains unchanged.
