TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement dated June 24, 2026 with Minerales Criticos De Mexico, S.A.P.I. De C.V. (the "Buyer") to sell its shares of Minera Alondra S.A. de C.V., an indirect subsidiary of the Company that holds the El Cobre Copper-Gold Porphyry in Mexico for US$1,500,000 in cash consideration. The transaction has closed and the cash has been paid to the Buyer.
