The Company has announced it will offer to shareholders of record on Thursday, August 6, 2026, rights to purchase shares of the Company. Four fifths (0.80) of a right will be issued for each share held. One right and $0.12 are required to purchase one Share. The expiry date for the Rights Offering is Thursday, August 27, 2026. As at July 28, 2026, the Company had 212,692,988 shares issued and outstanding. A stand-by commitment is associated with this Rights Offering for $20,418,526.80. A total of 1,237,486 non-transferable bonus warrants will be issued to four (4) stand-by guarantors for their commitments. Each bonus warrant will be exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.165 per share until August 28, 2031.
Effective at the opening, Thursday, August 6, 2026, the shares of the Company will trade Ex-Rights and the Rights will commence trading at that time. The Company is classified as a 'Mining' company.
