TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length acquisition of a portfolio of fourteen (14) pre-production net smelter return (NSR) royalties, ranging between 1.5% and 2.0%, on certain mineral properties located in Canada (British Columbia and Yukon), the United States (Nevada), and Mexico (Sinaloa, Sonora, Veracruz, Oaxaca, and Chihuahua). The consideration to be paid by the Company for the royalty portfolio is US$1,000,000 in cash and 2,562,802 common shares in the capital of the Company at a deemed price of $0.8296 per share.
