TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing Golden Star Ventures Inc's. (the "Company") Qualifying Transaction (the "QT") as principally described in the Company's filing statement dated July 29, 2026 (the "Filing Statement"). The QT includes the following matters, all of which have been accepted by the Exchange.
Qualifying Transaction-Completed/New Symbol:
Pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated June 22, 2026, the Company has acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Okanagan Insulation Services Ltd. for consideration of 1 million shares and a cash payment of $3.75 million and deferred consideration totaling up to 1.5 million shares (the "Consideration").
