TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length acquisition of the Barker Bay Gold Property (the "Property") pursuant to a mineral claim purchase agreement (the "Agreement"). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company will issue 1,250,000 shares to vendor, pay $5,300 in cash and grant a 2% NSR in order to complete the acquisition of the Property. The Property consists of 100% interest in 65 mineral tenures in the Kenora mining division, Northwestern Ontario, Canada.
