The TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation relating to an Option Agreement dated August 23, 2024 (the "Agreement"), between Miata Metals Suriname N.V. (the "Optionee"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Miata Metals Corp. (the "Company") and Selakriki Oksanisi Resources N.V, an arm's length party (the "Optionor"). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Optionee is in process to acquire a 100% ownership in Sela Creek gold project located in Suriname, South America (the "Sela Creek").
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company intends to complete the 24-month anniversary payment and issue 354,457 shares at a deemed price of CAD$0.59. The remaining milestone payment at the 36-month anniversary date is subject to Exchange acceptance.
