TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by the Company that pursuant to a Notice of Intention to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid dated July 29, 2026, it may repurchase for cancellation up to 18,157,025 common shares in its own capital stock (the "Bid"). The purchases are to be made through the facilities of TSX Venture Exchange or such other permitted means during the period of August 13, 2026, to August 12, 2027. Purchases pursuant to the Bid will be made by National Bank Financial Inc. on behalf of the Company.
