Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated August 18, 2026 (the "Bulletin") should have read as follows:
One right will be issued for each share held. One point two five (1.25) rights and $0.02 are required to purchase one unit, where each unit consists of one share and one share purchase warrant.
All other details of the Bulletin remains the same.
