Pursuant to directors' resolutions passed on July 24, 2026 and July 28, 2026, the Company has consolidated its capital on a seven (7) old for one (1) new basis. The name of the Company has also been changed as follows.
Effective at the opening on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, the common shares of Surge Digital Inc. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of BIGG Digital Assets Inc. will be delisted. The Company is classified as a 'Software Publishers' company.
