Further to TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") bulletin dated April 8, 2025, the Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following common share purchase warrants ("Warrants"):
Private Placement:
# of Warrants: 4,515,831 (outstanding)
Original Expiry Date of Warrants: October 17, 2026 and October 24, 2026
New Expiry Date of Warrants: January 17, 2027 and January 24, 2027
These Warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 9,031,666 units with 4,515,831 Warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective April 24, 2025.
