TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to an arm's length access agreement (the "Agreement") between Sterling Metals Corp. (the "Company") and an arm's length party (the "Owner"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Owner, who is the registered owner of certain mineral claims in Ontario (the "Property") has granted access to the Company to conduct mineral exploration on the Property.
As consideration for the access, the Company issued to the Owner (i) 210,000 common shares; and (ii) 250,000 common share purchase warrants (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant is exercisable into a common share at $1.23 for a period of 2 years.
