Effective at the opening, Thursday, September 3, 2026 the securities of the Company will resume trading. Further to the Exchange Bulletin dated July 24, 2025, a news release was issued on August 31, 2026, announcing that the Company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a Qualifying Transaction as defined under Exchange Policy 2.4.
