Further to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") bulletin dated August 4, 2026, and the expiry of the Company's Rights Offering on August 27, 2026, the Exchange has accepted for filing the Rights Offering pursuant to which 170,154,389 shares at a price of $0.12 were issued for gross proceeds of $20,418,526.68. A total of 47,978,114 shares were issued pursuant to the stand-by commitments.
A total of 1,237,486 non-transferable bonus warrants were issued to four (4) stand-by guarantors for their stand-by commitments. Each bonus warrant will be exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.165 per share until August 31, 2031.
