The Company announced on August 31, 2026, termination of the business combination agreement dated April 15, 2026, regarding its Qualifying Transaction with Nokia Solutions and Networks Oy, Nokia of America Corporation, and Modulate Space Corporation due to inability to complete the transaction and concurrent financing on terms acceptable to them in the current market environment.
