TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's Change of Business described in its Filing Statement dated August 11, 2026.
The Company has completed a Change of Business from mining exploration to investment, pursuant to an Investment Agreement between the Company and Alicanto Minerals Ltd. (now Sinclair Gold Ltd., "Sinclair") (ASX: SGC) for the acquisition of a net smelter return (NSR) royalty of up to 2% on the West Australian Mt Henry Gold Project (the "Project").

The option must be exercised within 30 days following Sinclair's announcement of a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource of 2.0M oz for the Project.
The Company is classified as an 'Other Support Activities for Mining' Issuer (NAICS Number: 213119).

Resume Trading
Further to the Exchange bulletin dated April 9, 2026, trading in the securities of the resulting issuer will resume at the opening on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
Effective at the opening on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, the trading symbol for the Company will change from "SRA" to "ARO".

Name Change
Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on June 9, 2026, the Company has changed its name from "Stria Lithium Inc." to "Arc Mineral Royalties Ltd.". There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, the common shares of "Arc Mineral Royalties Ltd." will commence trading on the Exchange under the symbol "ARO", and the common shares of "Stria Lithium Inc." will be delisted.
