Effective at the opening, Wednesday, September 9, 2026, the securities of Veteran Capital Corp. (the "Company") will resume trading. Further to the Exchange Bulletin dated June 12, 2024, a news release was issued on June 12, 2026, announcing that the Company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a Qualifying Transaction as defined under Exchange Policy 2.4.
