TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Asset Sale Agreement dated July 20, 2026 (the 'Agreement') between the Company and an arm's length vendor (the 'Vendor'). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company may acquire petroleum and natural gas rights in the Greater Provost area of Alberta (the 'Property'). By way of consideration, the Company will make cash payment of $70,000,000.
No finder's fee was payable as part of this transaction.
