TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by the Company that pursuant to a Notice of Intention to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid dated June 19, 2026, it may repurchase for cancellation up to 8,353,100 common shares in its own capital stock (the "Bid"). The purchases are to be made through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange or such other permitted means from September 8, 2026 until September 8, 2027. Purchases pursuant to the Bid will be made by TD Securities Inc. on behalf of the Company.
