TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation the Quote Sale and Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement"), among the Issuer and an arm's length party (the "Purchaser"). Pursuant to the terms of Agreement, the Issuer has sold its interest in Marketwall S.R.L in consideration for a cash amount of ? 3,920,000.
Shareholder approval for the transaction was obtained at the Issuer's special meeting of shareholders held on May 29, 2026. For further information, please reference the Company's news releases dated April 21, 2026; May 21, 2026; June 1, 2026; and September 8, 2026.
