TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length Purchase and Sale Agreement dated August 22, 2026, to acquire 100-per-cent interest in forty-three (43) unpatented mining claims and two (2) mining patents (PAT-27645 and PAT-27646) located in Temagami greenstone belt, Ontario. As partial consideration, the Company will also transfer eleven (11) unpatented mining claims (Kanichee Claims) to the seller.
