Further to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") bulletin dated July 11, 2026, and the expiry of the Company's Rights Offering on July 13, 2026, the Exchange has accepted for filing the Rights Offering pursuant to which 240,000,000 common shares of the Company ("Shares") at a price of $0.125 USD were issued for gross proceeds of $30,000,000 USD. A total of 238,289,708 Shares were issued pursuant to the stand-by commitments.
