Fuse Battery Metals Inc. ("Fuse") announced on September 22, 2026 that it will not be proceeding with its previously announced reverse takeover transaction and concurrent financing between Fuse and 1545726 B.C. Ltd. Dba Pointor AI, in connection with the proposed acquisition by Fuse of all the shares of Pointor AI pursuant to a share exchange agreement dated September 9, 2025.
The Company also announced that it has entered into a termination agreement with Pointor AI dated August 10, 2026 pursuant to which the parties have agreed to terminate the previously announced proposed transaction.
Effective at the market open Friday, September 25, 2026 the common shares of Fuse Battery Metals Inc. will resume trading.
