TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a finder's fee payable to an arm's length finder in connection with the Company's acquisition of up to 70% of Namli Exploration & Mining Proprietary Limited (the "Springbok Project"). The fee was paid upon closing of the acquisition, consisting of US$200,000 payable in common shares of the Company, being 155,702 common shares issued at a deemed price of $1.78 per share.
