Effective at the opening October 2, 2026, the common shares ("Shares") and common share purchase warrants ("Warrants") of Esker Infrastructure Corp. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the Shares and Warrants of Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. will be delisted. The Company is classified as a 'Chemical Manufacturing' company.
