Reference is made to our bulletin dated September 25, 2026, with respect to Palamina Corp.'s ("Palamina") plan of arrangement under Section 182 of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the "Arrangement") and concurrent CUSIP change.
We have received confirmation that the closing of the Arrangement has occurred on September 29, 2026. Therefore, the common shares of the Company commenced trading under the new CUSIP at the opening of business on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The name of the Company has not been changed.
