TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an acquisition agreement (the "Agreement") dated September 23, 2026, between Magna Terra Minerals Inc. (the "Company") and an arm's length party. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company has acquired a 100% interest in three portfolio projects, namely Cerro Covadonga, El Meridiano, and La Rosita, located in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina.
