TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length acquisition of 39 patented mining claims and certain additional fee simple lands in Storey County, Nevada, 27 unpatented mining claims in Storey County, Nevada, and two unpatented mining claims in Lyon County, Nevada, totaling approximately 392 hectares. By way of consideration, the Company will make cash payments totaling US$4,300,000 and will issue 934,575 common shares at a deemed price of C$2.94979 per share. The Property is subject to a 2.0% NSR in favour of the Vendor.
There is no finder's fee payable in relation to this transaction.
