Effective at the opening, Monday, October 19, 2026, the common shares of the Company will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange. The Company is classified as an 'all other miscellaneous fabricated metal product manufacturing company'.
The Company's Filing Statement dated August 31, 2026 has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange.
On September 29, 2026, the company completed its previously announced three cornered amalgamation among FeralX, Subco and FinanceCo whereby FinanceCo and Subco amalgamated, and each FinanceCo shareholder received one FeralX Share for every FinaneCo Share held immediately prior to the effective time of the amalgamation. On October 14, 2026, the Company closed its $0.60 Offering. Following the closing, the Company issued 9,031,170 Units and raised aggregate gross proceeds of $5,418,702.
Post-Amalgamation, the Resulting Issuer's name was changed to FeralX Systems Inc.
28,142,818 common shares issued to Principals and non-principals pursuant to the Amalgamation are subject to a Tier 2 Escrow Agreement to be released over a 36-month period.
The transaction also involved the following concurrent private placement transaction.
