TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an Exploration Agreement with Dease River First Nation ("DRFN"), an arm's length party. By way of consideration, the Company will issue to DRFN a total of 500,000 units, each of which will consist of one common share at a deemed price of $0.52 and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant, exercisable at a price of $0.65 per warrant share for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance of the Warrants. The securities will be subject to resale restrictions.
No finder's fees were payable as part of the transaction.
