Effective at the opening, Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the common shares of Sun Valley Minerals Inc. (the "Company") will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange. The Company is classified as a 'Gold and Silver Ore Mining' company.
The Company's non-offering prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated October 16, 2026, has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange, and filed with and receipted by the Ontario Securities Commission (as principal regulator) on October 19, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Securities Act, and has been filed under Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.
The gross proceeds received by the Company from the previously issued non-brokered special warrants ("Special Warrants") financing were $10,326,019.50 (13,768,026 Special Warrants at an issue price of $0.75 per Special Warrant). Each Special Warrant was converted into one (1) common share, resulting in 13,768,026 common shares. The Special Warrant financing was completed on March 26, 2026, and conversion into common shares occurred on October 19, 2026.
The deemed price per common share for the Company's listing application is $0.75.
