Peak Discovery Capital Ltd. ("Peak") announced on November 2, 2026 that it will not be proceeding with its previously announced agreement between Peak, All Acacia Resources Inc. ("AA") and Enhance Group Pty Ltd. ("Enhance"), concerning the proposed reverse takeover transaction involving AA, Enhance and the Mabuhay Copper-Gold Project in the Philippines.
Effective at the market open Thursday, November 5, 2026 the common shares of Peak Discovery Capital Ltd. will resume trading.
