TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to the Agreement (the "Agreement") between the Company and Mountain Gold Claims, LLC, Series 27. ("MGC"), a Non-Arms Length Party, whereby the Company will dispose of its interest in certain mining claims and all data known as the Ralston Valley Property located in Nye County, Nevada (the "Property"). In consideration, MGC will grant the Company a 1% Net Smelter Return on the Property.
