Effective at the close of business Tuesday, May 3, 2016, the common shares will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the Company. The Company will be dissolved pursuant to section 211 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). Shareholder approval for the dissolution was obtained at the shareholders' meeting held on April 29, 2016.
