TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to an Option Agreement dated January 12, 2015 between Sunset Cove Mining Inc. (the 'Company'), and Laurier Gold Corporation, pursuant to which the Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in one claim located in the Lac Des Vents, Quebec, known as the Lac Des Vents property. In consideration, the Company will issue 1,100,000 shares upon approval and make a $40,000 payment after nine months. The property is subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty; 1% of the NSR may be purchased for $500,000.
