TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to an Option Agreement dated December 19, 2014 between Sunset Cove Mining Inc. (the 'Company'), and Cartier Resources Inc., pursuant to which the Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in one claim located in the La Pause Township, Quebec, known as the La Pause property. In consideration, the Company will issue 1,000,000 shares upon approval. The property is subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty; 1% of the NSR may be purchased for $1,000,000.
