TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to an Option Agreement dated September 30, 2014 between Sunset Cove Mining Inc. (the 'Company'), and the optionors (Wen Fan, Ghislaine Savard, Sylvie Charbonneau, and Francois Marcotte), pursuant to which the Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in one claim located approximately 300km north of Baie Comeau, known as the Lac Gueret II property. In consideration, the Company will issue 600,000 shares upon approval, and make payments in cash or shares totalling $120,000 in four equal six monthly installments.
