Warrants: 25,500,000 warrants to purchase 25,500,000 common shares
Warrant Exercise Price: $0.055 for a period of 24 months following the closing of the private placement.

The Company has confirmed the closing of the Private Placement in news releases dated December 11, 2018 and March 19, 2019.
