Effective at the close of business on Tuesday April 17, 2018, the common shares of the Company will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the Company. Pursuant to an arrangement agreement dated January 28, 2018 and amended March 5, 2018, Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. (TSX: MPVD) has acquired all of the common shares of the Company pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement under section 182 of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), which was approved by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) on April 11, 2018.
