TSX Venture Exchange ("Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation the Property Purchase Agreement dated December 22, 2023, between the Company and an arm's length party ("Vendor"), which effectively replaces the earlier December 2020 Option Agreement between the Company and the Vendor. Pursuant to the terms of Agreement, the Company will acquire a 100% interest in the Berg property ("Property") from the Vendor in consideration of 21,221,165 common shares of the Company ("Shares"), payable to the Vendor.
