The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Arrangement Agreement dated July 29, 1999 whereby Glacier Ventures International Corp. ('Old Glacier') and SevenWay Capital Corp. ('SevenWay') will amalgamate, effective April 28, 2000, to become Glacier Ventures International Corp. ('New Glacier'). For each common share held of Old Glacier shareholders will receive one common share of New Glacier. For each common share held of SevenWay shareholders will receive .446 common shares of New Glacier.
Effective at the opening of trading on April 28, 2000 the common shares of New Glacier will commence trading on CDNX and at the opening both the common shares of Old Glacier and SevenWay will be delisted from trading on CDNX. The shares of New Glacier will be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange but will remain suspended from trading until further notice. The Company is classified as an Investment Issuer.
